Anusha has more than 15 years industry experience, with nine years in R&D and six years in leadership roles delivering customer and business outcomes across a variety of industries focusing on AI, machine learning and data science.

She has several patents and publications to her credit and has received numerous awards and recognition for her work in AI and machine learning, the most notable being named as one of 10 Top Innovators under 35 in India by Mint-MIT Review in 2017.

Talk topic: AI impact on the automotive industry and its engineers

A Mechanical/Systems Engineer with BSc from Manchester Metropolitan University and PhD from University of Bath, Torquil’s enjoyed a successful career in Automotive Industry with roles at various companies including Ricardo Consulting Engineers and Toyota Racing Development.

He was responsible for the engineering of the driverless Pod vehicles currently in passenger carrying service at Heathrow Terminal 5 and initiated TMETC’s ADAS and Autonomous Driving research programmes.  His current interests include the application of AI to motorcycle autonomy.
