About Dawn 

Meet your incoming President

Inspired by her father and a love of maths, Dawn Ohlson MEng CEng FIET began her journey into engineering. Over nearly 30 years at Racal and Thales, she led avionics projects and mentored future engineers. Her expertise spans hardware, software and systems and she is now Vice President of Engineering at Ultra Cyber. Dawn is driven by a deep commitment to STEM outreach and purposeful engineering.
